How to Apply​

1. Request an application or pick one up in person.

2. Complete your registration packet.

3. Attach your child’s CIS form or email it to Issaquah@ucicschool.org

4. Pay the fees via paper check or online.

All enrollment fees are collected via paper check or online.

Future Tuition may be paid with a check or automatically when you fill out an ACH authorization form.
