2. Request an application

Official applications will be sent to you via email once we have determined if we have available space for your child. 

​3. Complete the Registration Packet

Please do not forget to contact your doctor to obtain immunization records in CIS format.

Any applications that are missing information will be declined and need to be resubmitted so please be sure to fill everything out completely. 

This will include your enrollment fees payment. The registration fee is non-refundable after your submit your form. The supply and material fee is refundable only until June 30th, 2024.

​4. Submit the Packet to UCiC School

All applications can be submitted online. BOTH guardians must complete their sections and sign the forms before submitting. Individual links will be sent to each guardian to complete their specified sections of the registration packet.

          5. Wait for your confirmation email

After your application has been processed, you will receive an official confirmation email from issaquah@ucicschool.org. These are typically sent out within 48 business hours.
