Early Registration
This page will guide you on how to Enroll for the upcoming School Year. For all of our Programs, our 2024-2025 School Year will begin on July 1st.
New Families Check-list
1. Request an application
- Click below to request an application to be sent to your email.
- OR, pick up a paper copy in person!
2. Complete your application.
- We will not accept applications with missing or incomplete information.
3. Request a CIS form from your doctor.
- Please attach an updated CIS form to your application or email it to Issaquah@ucicschool.org.
4. Submit Packet to UCiC School
- All applications must be submitted in person. The UCiC office will open Monday the 12th at 9:00 AM to accept these applications.
5. Wait for an invoice for online payment
- After your application has been processed you will recieve an invoice from our finance team for your Registration fee and Supply fee.
Current Families
Check-List
1. Check your email for the lint to your enrollment packet.
- This email will be sent to current families on February 1st!
2. Complete the Admissions Packet
- Please attach an updated CIS form to your application or email it to Issaquah@ucicschool.org.
- You will be redirected to pay your registration fee and Supply and Material fee. We cannot approve your application until these fees have been paid.
3. Submit Packet to UCiC School
- All applications can be completed online. BOTH guardians will need to sign the form before it is completed and all information needs to be filled in for the new school year even if it has not changed).
4. Wait for Confirmation Email
- After your application has been processed, you will receive an confirmation email from issaquah@ucicschool.org.
How to Pay
All Enrollment Fees are collected at time of enrollment online.
-Registration Fees are non-refundable
-Supply and Material Fees are refundable until June 30th, 2024
